Buzzin with elements o Ninja Warrior, The Krypton Factor and Fun House, My Better Hal pits couples aainst an ex partner in a battle o skill, strenth and wits all in ront o a live studio audience.
Each episode beins with a new ‘happy couple’, they are introduced and we find out a bit about their backstory, who they are and where they met and then we brin on ‘The Ex’. We find out about them and the circumstances surroundin the breakup, was it mutual or acrimonious, is there still resentment there.
Ater bein introduced to the contestants we are shown the potential prize und o £100,000. It is explained that in order to win the prize money, the current Partner (‘The Partner) and ‘The Ex’ will take part in 5 challenes and bets will be placed on the outcome o those challenes by the partner whose Ex is appearin on the show. This partner will be known as ‘The Better’.
The sum o money that ‘The Better’ ambles with is completely up to them (up to a maximum o £20,000 per round) and there is no obliation to bet all o the prize und available to them over the course o the episode. The bets will be sealed and not be revealed to the other participants until the end o that challene.
The Better can only bet on whether either their partner or their Ex will win the challene.
I The Bet is placed on the correct outcome then The Better and their Partner will have the money awarded to their prize pot. I the bet is placed incorrectly the money is awarded to the Ex.
